Le Moulin Rouge

Paris restaurant under La Madeleine Church
The service by the lady volunteers was very good. No need to tip. There's a coffee lounge at the end. And the whole restaurant is no smoking - which is very unusual for Paris. The restaurant is located in the very posh 8th Arrondissment not far from the opéra and the major department stores.
